เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้า
– สินค้าที่ชำรุดและรับเปลี่ยนใหม่นั้น จะต้องไม่เกิดจากการจงใจ หรือการใช้งานผิดประเภท อาทิเช่น นำสินค้าไปใช้เป็นแม่แรงในการงัด หรือยกวัตถุหนักๆ จนทำให้สินค้าเสียรูปเป็นต้น
– สินค้าที่ได้ป้องกันความเสียหาย ตามหน้าที่ที่ควรจะเป็น อาทิเช่น Surge Protection ที่ป้องกันไฟกระชาก ฟ้าผ่า ซึ่งสามารถป้องกันกระแสได้สูงสุด 10,000A หากมีกระแสไหลมาเกินกว่าที่กำหนดจะป้องกันความเสียหายให้อุปกรณ์แต่ Surge Protection จะไม่สามารถใช้งานต่อได้อีกในครั้งถัดไป เป็นต้น
– สินค้าลอกเลียนแบบ หรือทำเหมือน จะไม่สามารถนำมาเปลี่ยนสินค้าตัวใหม่กับเราได้
– สินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในประกัน ซึ่งมาตรฐานเบื้องต้นของผลิตภัณฑ์อยู่ที่ 3 ปี หรือตามแต่ที่ลูกค้าจะซื้อประกันเสริมอื่นๆ ใดๆ
